3 Can I change my next delivery date?

Yes. You can reschedule your upcoming shipment to a date that works better for you, whether you want your order sooner or later.

4 Can I skip my next shipment?

Yes. If you still have product left, you can skip your next delivery and continue with the following cycle.

5 Can I change how often I receive my product?

Yes. You can change your subscription frequency at any time to better match your needs.

6 Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. If you are moving or want your order sent somewhere else, you can update your shipping address directly in the portal.

7 Can I change the quantity in my subscription?

Yes. You can increase or decrease the number of products in your upcoming orders.

8 Can I view my upcoming delivery schedule?

Yes. You can see your next scheduled orders and delivery dates, so you always know when your next shipment will arrive.

9 Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling it.

You can choose to pause for:

  • 2 weeks
  • 1 month
  • 2 months

Your deliveries will automatically resume after the selected pause period.

10 Can I change when my next order ships?

Yes. You can move your next order forward or delay it directly in the subscription portal, depending on what works best for you.

11 How often can I receive my subscription?

Most customers choose a regular delivery schedule, but you can adjust your shipment timing in the portal if your subscription settings allow it. Our team can also help make changes on your behalf when needed.

12 What should I know before managing my subscription?

Available options such as rescheduling, skipping, pausing, or changing frequency may depend on your subscription settings.

13 What is your subscription policy?

When you choose the subscription option, you agree to receive at least two shipments before canceling.

This means:

  • Your first order is placed when you start your subscription.
  • Your second order will be processed according to your selected delivery schedule.
  • After two completed shipments, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal.

Until two subscription orders have been completed, your plan is considered part of the minimum subscription commitment and cannot be canceled early.
